These terms govern your use of this store and your purchases from Larvale, a brand of GKS Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm fabrication or dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order prior to acceptance — for example where a price or specification was published in error, stock is unavailable, or fraud screening fails.
Made-to-order products
Corten pieces are fabricated individually after ordering. Published dimensions carry a tolerance of ±1/16″ (1.5 mm). Cancellation and return terms for made-to-order pieces are set out in the Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms, together with the Shipping & Lead Times and Warranty pages.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Product appearance
Corten weathering steel changes appearance by design. Product photography shows pieces at various stages of patina; the colour and pattern of your piece will develop over time as described in the Patina Guide, and such variation is not a defect.
Intended use
Products are designed for residential outdoor use as described on their product pages. Do not exceed stated load guidance, use planters as fire features, or modify structural elements; the warranty does not cover such use.
Intellectual property
All content on this store — text, drawings, photography, and the Larvale name and mark — belongs to GKS Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through direct contact.
